Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. The staff could improve the service quality. The dining experience was subpar, yet the facilities had some positives.
The hotel had some issues with cleanliness in the rooms, like a strange smell and wallpaper coming off the walls. The noise level was also very high, making it hard to have a conversation. However, the location was fairly nice and I liked the loft bedroom. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some good food but also stale cereal. The staff was friendly, even though they couldn't fix all the room issues.
I had a nice stay at the hotel, with clean and spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated my family of 6. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making our experience enjoyable. However, the lack of vacuuming in the rooms upon arrival was a downside that persisted during our three days there.
